Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for memberships with Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy. It is taken from the cancellation, refund, and related payment terms in our Terms and Conditions.
1. 14-day cancellation and refund
Users may cancel their membership and request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Academy within the applicable cancellation period.
Where a user has expressly consented to immediate access to digital content and has substantially accessed or consumed the content during the cancellation period, the Academy reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund where permitted by applicable law.
2. After the cancellation period
After the applicable cancellation period has expired, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund outside the applicable cancellation period.
3. How to cancel your subscription
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting the Academy.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not affect access to the Academy for the remainder of the current paid subscription period.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by applicable law.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, all monthly and annual memberships will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy and its payment service providers to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method at each renewal date.
It is the user's responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue membership.
5. No refund for account sharing or other breaches
Membership accounts are intended for use by a single individual only. Sharing login credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited.
No refund will be issued where an account is terminated due to account sharing or other violations of the Terms and Conditions. Any suspension or termination resulting from such a breach shall not entitle the user to a refund of membership fees.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy or the Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
