Welcome to Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy ("the Academy", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or accessing our learning materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership and Access
1.1 The Academy provides online tabla learning content, including video lessons, tutorials, exercises, and related educational materials.
1.2 Access to premium content is available through a paid monthly or annual membership subscription.
1.3 Membership is granted solely to the registered account holder and may not be shared with any other person.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activities conducted under their account.
2.3 You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
3.1 All content available on the Academy, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, lesson materials, graphics, text, photographs, course materials, and educational resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
3.2 Premium content made available behind the membership paywall is provided solely for the personal educational use of the registered member.
3.3 Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Downloading, copying, reproducing, recording, storing, modifying, distributing, sharing, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise making available any Academy content without prior written permission.
- Uploading Academy content to websites, social media platforms, video-sharing platforms, cloud storage services, messaging groups, or file-sharing networks.
- Creating derivative works based on Academy content for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- Allowing any third party to access, view, or use Academy content through their account.
- Circumventing any security measures, access controls, digital rights management (DRM), or technological protections implemented by the Academy.
3.4 The Academy employs monitoring systems and security measures to detect unauthorised access, account sharing, and unlawful distribution of content. By using the Academy, users acknowledge and consent to such monitoring for the purpose of protecting Academy content and intellectual property.
3.5 Users acknowledge that any attempt to copy, record, screen-capture, download, distribute, transmit, or otherwise reproduce Academy content without authorisation constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may infringe copyright law.
3.6 Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of Academy content may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership.
- Removal of access to all Academy services and content.
- Refusal of future membership applications.
- Legal action to recover damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from the infringement.
- Reporting of copyright violations to relevant online platforms, service providers, or authorities where appropriate.
3.7 The Academy reserves all rights not expressly granted to users under these Terms and Conditions.
4. Account Sharing
4.1 Membership accounts are intended for use by a single individual only.
4.2 Sharing login credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited.
4.3 If we reasonably believe that an account is being shared with multiple users, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate the account without notice.
4.4 No refund will be issued where an account is terminated due to a breach of this clause.
4.5 Monitoring of Account Usage
The Academy may monitor account activity, including login history, device information, IP addresses, geographic locations, and access patterns, for the purpose of maintaining platform security, preventing unauthorised access, and detecting account sharing.
Where we reasonably suspect that an account is being shared, accessed by multiple individuals, or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to:
- Request proof of account ownership and identity verification.
- Temporarily suspend access while an investigation is carried out.
- Restrict access from certain devices or locations.
- Permanently deactivate the account where a breach is confirmed.
Any suspension or termination resulting from account sharing or other violations of these Terms and Conditions shall not entitle the user to a refund of membership fees. See also our Refund Policy.
5. Subscription Payments
5.1 Membership fees are payable in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription selected.
5.2 Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5.3 It is the user's responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue membership.
5.4 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, all monthly and annual memberships will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy and its payment service providers to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method at each renewal date.
5.5 Subscription Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting the Academy.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not affect access to the Academy for the remainder of the current paid subscription period.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by applicable law. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
5.6 Pricing Changes
The Academy reserves the right to modify subscription fees from time to time.
Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated to active members in advance and will apply from the next renewal date following such notice.
Continued use of the Academy after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised subscription fees.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
The cancellation and refund terms below also appear in our dedicated Refund Policy.
6.1 Users may cancel their membership and request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Academy within the applicable cancellation period.
6.3 Where a user has expressly consented to immediate access to digital content and has substantially accessed or consumed the content during the cancellation period, the Academy reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund where permitted by applicable law.
6.4 After the applicable cancellation period has expired, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6.5 Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund outside the applicable cancellation period.
6.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Academy if a user:
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- Shares their account with others.
- Infringes our intellectual property rights.
- Engages in unlawful or abusive behaviour.
7.2 Upon termination, access to all Academy content will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Academy provides educational content for informational and learning purposes only.
8.2 While we strive to ensure the quality and availability of our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or content.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to These Terms
9.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
9.2 Continued use of the Academy following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to Content and Services
13.1 We continually develop and improve the Academy and reserve the right to modify, update, replace, remove, or add content, features, lessons, and services at any time.
13.2 We do not guarantee that any specific lesson, course, feature, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
13.3 We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or technical improvements that may temporarily affect access to the website or content.
14. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
14.1 Membership and access to Academy content are provided solely for the personal educational use of the registered member.
14.2 Users may not use Academy content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy.
14.3 Users may not resell, licence, redistribute, teach, rebroadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit any Academy content.
14.4 Any unauthorised commercial use of Academy content may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and may lead to legal action.

16. Entire Agreement
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy regarding the use of the website and services.
16.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.1 Anikbar Singh Tabla Academy provides educational content, instruction, demonstrations, and learning resources for informational and educational purposes only.
19.2 While we strive to provide high-quality tuition and accurate information, we do not guarantee that users will achieve any particular level of musical skill, proficiency, examination result, performance standard, certification, professional opportunity, or other specific outcome through use of the Academy.
19.3 Individual progress and learning outcomes will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, a student's prior experience, commitment, practice routine, aptitude, equipment, and personal circumstances.
19.4 The Academy's lessons, exercises, demonstrations, techniques, and recommendations are provided in good faith based on the instructor's knowledge and experience. Students are responsible for applying the material appropriately and at their own discretion.
19.5 We make no warranties or representations that the educational content will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every student's individual needs or objectives.
